How long will it take to receive my order?
All products purchased within our store are distributed directly from New Zealand and orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours.

To purchase the products listed within our online shop you are required to set up an account, this is another way of ensuring that your contact information is correct. Will you contact me if there are problems with my order or the product is out of stock?
We will immediately notify you via email regarding the status of your order, including backorders and payment complications.
What are your shipping options?
Customers have a choice of International Airpost (10 days), International Airpost Insured (10 days), International Express (5 days), FastPost (1-3 days) and NZ Post (2-5 days). We recommend that New Zealand customers select FastPost delivery and International customers select International Airpost Insured, as this is a prompt service with a track and trace consignment number. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot guarantee delivery for orders sent via International Airpost or NZ Post postal service.
Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been sent out to. If you selected NZ FastPost or International Airpost Insured delivery you will also be advised of your Track & Trace consignment number and the freephone number for any queries regarding your delivery.
